Terms of Service for Stanely House Enterprises, LLC, dba Paisley Business Services
Effective Date: February 2, 2025
Welcome to Paisley Business Services! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Availability & Delivery
Availability: Paisley Business Services primarily offers online services. In-person consultations may be available for local clients upon request.
Delivery of Services: Services such as coaching sessions may be delivered via phone, video call, or in-person (if applicable). All services will be scheduled in advance.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms such as PayPal.
Recurring Payments: For services that involve subscriptions or ongoing compliance services, you may be charged on a recurring basis. By purchasing such services, you consent to the recurring charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations of appointments or services. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the consultation fee will be retained without refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Clients may be eligible for a refund in cases of filing errors or omissions on our part. Refunds will not be provided for errors or delays outside our control (e.g., processing delays by state or federal authorities, courier delays, or issues caused by the client’s own advisors or professionals).
4. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the successful completion of services.
Attending Scheduled Sessions: Clients should make every effort to attend scheduled coaching sessions. If unable to attend, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
Following Recommendations: Clients should follow the recommendations and instructions provided closely to achieve the best possible outcome.
Email Communication: Clients are responsible for adding Paisley Business Services as a contact to avoid important emails going to spam. If opted into the Keep Me Compliant service, clients must remain subscribed to receive compliance notifications (clients can opt out of marketing emails, but must remain subscribed to compliance emails).
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Paisley Business Services retains ownership of all branded materials, proprietary methods, and formulas. Any materials provided to clients for use are intended solely for the client’s benefit and may not be used for competitive purposes against Paisley Business Services.
Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary materials or methods provided by Paisley Business Services for any purpose other than as intended within the scope of the purchased service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Filing Delays: Paisley Business Services is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, state or federal processing delays, courier delays, or unforeseen events (force majeure).
Client Errors: We are not liable for errors or omissions made by the client, their advisors, or any other professional service providers that are not part of Paisley Business Services.
Legal & Tax Advice: The information provided by Paisley Business Services is for informational purposes only. We are not licensed legal or tax professionals, and the client is encouraged to consult with their own legal or accounting professionals before implementing any advice provided.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing further legal action.
8. Amendments & Updates
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
