Refund Policy for Stanely House Enterprises, LLC, dba Paisley Business Services

At Paisley Business Services, we strive to provide high-quality services that help you establish and manage your business. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer the following refund and amendment policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Errors or Omissions in Filings: If there is an error or omission made by Paisley Business Services in the filing of forms, we will provide a full refund for the service in question. This includes mistakes in the registration of your business or any other filings where we are responsible for errors.
Filing Amendments: If you provided accurate information but we made an error or omission in the paperwork, we will file amendments at no additional cost to correct the issue.
2. Services and Refund Conditions
DIY with Help
If inaccurate information is provided during the coaching session, or incorrect forms are provided, leading to filing errors, you may be eligible for a refund for the session, or the error will be corrected via an amendment at no additional charge.
Do It For Me
If Paisley Business Services makes any errors in filing the business registration on your behalf, a full refund may be issued, or the necessary amendments will be filed at no extra charge.
I Did it! Now What?
If there are errors in the advice provided or services rendered related to branding, marketing, intellectual property, or business compliance, refunds will be provided for the affected portion of the service. If any omissions are found, we will work to correct the information without additional charges.
Keep Me Compliant
Refunds will be issued for missed compliance notifications or tracking errors if it results in a missed filing deadline that leads to a compliance issue. In such cases, Paisley Business Services will resolve the issue,so long as it is able, at no additional charge, including filing any necessary amendments or paperwork.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services that have been completed without error (e.g., coaching sessions, consultations, or successful filings without error).
Any cancellation or refund request made after a service has been completed or executed, unless an error or omission was made by Paisley Business Services.
Situations where the client has provided incorrect or incomplete information, resulting in delays or filing issues.
Errors or omissions made by the client, at its own discretion.
4. Refund Process

Supporting documentation (if available)
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service delivery or filing completion. Upon review, we will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.
